Primera is Billy's little sister. (I wish there were more to say about her that wouldn't repeat Billy's segment......) She and her brother are very close, for obvious reasons -- when they were children, a group of Reapers (or Wels) killed their mother right before their eyes. While Billy recovered from the shock due to his extreme anger, Primera never quite healed, and she has not spoken a word since that day. While Bishop Stone trained Billy as an Etone, Primera was left to keep company with the children of the Orphanage -- wherever they lived before Billy converted his house into a home for all of them, anyway. She still wouldn't speak, but she paid close attention to him, and kept his important possesions safe for him. (During the game, she holds a piece of paper with instructions on how to use Billy's guns, both on foot and in his gear.) Some time later, their father returned. Primera was ecstatic about having Jesse back, and immediately gravitated toward him, even though her brother refused to forgive him. Jesse's presence was sporadic at best, but he always did seem to be around for her...... and later in the game, he was the first person she went to when she decided to start speaking again.
