Dominia was born in the former country of Elru. Of all the current Elements, she is the only one with solid origins. She was taken before the uprising and sent to Solaris for experimentation -- thanks to that, she is one of the few surviving members of her race. (If you wonder why I used "race" instead of "country", take a closer look at her picture above - her ears are sort of "elf-like", which makes me wonder if she's completely human...) She was saved from Krelian's lab by Ramsus, and sent to Jugend so she could learn the full extent of her potential. From there, she graduated and became the Element of Earth, under Ramsus's direct command. Throughout the game, you get the impression that Dominia is a very unhappy person. Her portrait above also indicates that...... The only reason given in the game would be her feelings for Ramsus - and her hatred of Miang. She is unable to do anything about either, although she puts most of her effort into making sure Ramsus is happy, or as close to it as possible. She resents Elly for her betrayal, but also (I believe) for the freedom she gained after leaving Solaris. Unfortunately, Dominia doesn't defect until much later (along with the other Elements), and the only time you see her in battle is when she's trying to kill you. Of all the elemental girls, I have to say she is the most annoying! (Stubborn, pigheaded, loud, you name it!)
