Tolone is more of a mystery than the others. We know that Dominia and Seraphita were sent to the Soylent labs before becoming Elements, but nothing about Tolone's past is revealed in the game. (Basically, I'm trying to say that this isn't based on solid fact -- only logic and what I can decipher from the book.) Tolone was recruited in a way similar to the others -- after several experiments, her potential emerged and she was sent to Jugend. She is third strongest in the group, behind Dominia and Kelvena; her strengths lie more in physical combat than Ether, however. At the time of the game, her intelligence (or logic capacity -- can't remember exactly) was enhanced by implants, but she leans more toward tactics than Intelligence, unlike Kelvena. She isn't a very cheerful person, either. Rumor has it she and Seraphita are sisters, but I see no resemblance whatsoever.
